Terms of Service

By placing an order from our store, you agree to the following terms:

All orders are subject to availability, payment confirmation, and delivery serviceability.

Our Grafted Rambutan plants are live products. Actual plants may naturally vary slightly in height, leaf count, shape, and appearance.

We carefully inspect and securely pack each plant before shipping. However, minor wilting, leaf damage, or transportation stress may occur during delivery and is normal for live plants.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, address, and contact number for delivery.

Once received, proper planting, watering, sunlight, and ongoing care are the responsibility of the customer. Plant growth and fruiting may vary depending on climate, soil, location, and care.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please follow our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within the specified period.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
